Mom’s Retreat – For Moms of Children with Disabilities (Rockford Overnight)

Learning Level 1: Introductory/Awareness

Intended Audience – Mothers caring for a child with a disability.

Description – In this retreat, our theme is “Growing through Grief, Rooted in Resilience.” Mothers of children with disabilities gather for a weekend of information, networking, activities, and a chance to understand the impact that having a child with a disability creates. We focus on children with special education needs, medical concerns, communication differences, and their mental health.

Continuing Education
This event does NOT provide any formal continuing education credit, such as CPDUs, CE credit, or EI credit. Certificates will not be issued.
