Description – Working in early childhood brings us joy and stress and contributes to feeling stuck in survival mode for some. This workshop zeroes in on the role our nervous system plays in our stress response and overall mental health. We will explore why and how we become dysregulated and how our emotions impact our students and our ability to offer co-regulation.
