The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool: Introduction for Teachers (Two-Part Webinar with Assignments)
Learning Level 2: Intermediate/Application
Intended Audience: Administrators, ECSE and General Educators, Teacher Assistants, Family Educators
This highly interactive 12-hour training prepares teachers to implement The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool, 6th edition, in their classrooms. Teachers will learn about the Creative Curriculum framework, which includes guidance on what and how children learn; the physical environment; caring and teaching; and partnering with families. Teachers will become familiar with the 38 objectives for development and learning that inform every aspect of teaching. They will explore additional curriculum resources such as Mighty Minutes®, Intentional Teaching Cards®, Book Discussion Cards®, and Book Conversation Cards® (included in optional Expanded Daily Resources). Additionally, the training will support teachers in how to implement the three main parts of a meaningful study and understand how to integrate content into daily events through intentional experiences. In order to participate in this training, it is required to have access to the 6th edition of the Creative Curriculum for Preschool. Full participation in all webinars and completion of assignments by the due date is necessary to receive credit for this training.
Continuing Education – This webinar will provide 12 contact hours for the following:
- Educator License Renewal

- CE credit for SLP, SW, LCPC, PT, and OT professionals
