Intended Audience: Administrators, ECSE and General Educators, Teacher Assistants, Family Members, Family Educators, Psychologists, Social Workers, SLP’s, OT/PT’s
This webinar examines what it means to do integrated therapy in an early childhood setting and why it really is best for all children. Participants will discuss how to get started and what therapy might look like. The importance of communication and teamwork, in order to provide optimal support for all children, will be discussed.
Continuing Education – This webinar will provide 1.5 contact hours for the following:
- Educator License Renewal
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credit in area(s) 6
- CE credit for SLP, SW, LCPC, PT, and OT professionals
- Gateways to Opportunity credit in area A (Org. ID# B40093, Event ID# )

Becky Handler
Becky Handler has her B.S. and a M.S. in speech language pathology. She has worked as a Resource Specialist for STAR NET Region VI for the past 23 years. Her past work experience includes team teaching kindergarten children with severe communication disorders, consulting, and an inclusion facilitator in a school district. She has extensive experience consulting and mentoring in early childhood and elementary classrooms, day care sites, and Head Start programs. She is a trainer of trainers for Portfolios, ECERS-R, IELDS, Teaching Strategies GOLD, and Creative Curriculum 6th Edition.
