Conscious Discipline is a trauma-informed, evidence-based social and emotional learning (SEL) program that integrates discipline, school culture, and SEL into one seamless process. It’s not a kit that you have to cram into an already packed schedule. Instead, Conscious Discipline empowers you to teach SEL skills through everyday interactions. Our approach is adult first and children second. At this workshop, you will begin the journey of not only taking care of yourself, but also learn immediately usable tools to remain calm during moments of chaos. We will dive into the difference between pampering yourself and actual self-care. The most beneficial factor of your personal self-care plan is that it will directly impact each and every relationship around you.
